I have tried a number of different things and can’t seem to figure out what is causing the bad gateways.

Was one of them to temporarily disable Cloudflare, clear cache and see if the issue persists?

@anastas10s Thanks for the help. I have Cloudflare set to DNS only. Isn’t that essentially off? Of do I need to do something else?

Also, the bad gateway says ‘nginx’ or something similar. Wouldn’t it says ‘cloudflare’ if that was the issue?

I can see as well that the WP Cron is disabled on your site. WP-Cron is a WordPress feature that executes jobs when the page is loaded. Jobs are executed before site content is served to the site visitor. By default the WP Cron is enabled because there are WordPress features that rely on to execute scheduled jobs. @xue28 Thanks. We are using an external cron (easy Cron) on the site. I forget the reason but needed that.

For the pending jobs, why are they pending?

For the MySQL, I had discussed with Pantheon support and they said the MariaDB 10.3 was enough for this: MySQL version 5.6 or greater OR MariaDB version 10.1 or greater

I am thinking the hosting may be the issue.

The reasons for the pending jobs are variable, for example there could be a conflict between plugins. Please feel free to reach out to your web host.

To isolate the issue, you can run a conflict test, as explained below:
