    Hi @mstudioil ,

To better assist you with the issue of your high-quality images appearing blurry, could you please post your site URL here so that we can have a look? Could you also point us to an image on the site which doesn’t look as it is supposed to? If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via contact form If you choose to reach out directly, please include a link to this thread.

Meanwhile, ensure that the Jetpack Site Accelerator feature, which optimizes and serves images from the global CDN, is enabled, as this could influence how your images are loaded and displayed. You can find more information on how to check and configure this feature in the Jetpack documentation on the Site Accelerator page.

Looking forward to your response to proceed with the necessary troubleshooting steps.

    Thank you!

    Hi @mstudioil

Was it just a single image that was blurry, or several? If one image is causing an issue, you can tell the Site Accelerator to skip that image and have it load from the media library instead.

If it was several, there may be another issue going on, which was why I was asking for your site URL so we can take a look to see if anything stands out.

    Hello @mstudioil,

Do you have updates about that? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no activity, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
