Bad is very limited software and partial plugin

  • Is bad software, I had to uninstall because it is not possible to publish the plugin from the frontend.
    What is it for then?

    Hello Juan Manuel Pedro,

    Thanks for your feedback. WATS free release allows you to publish tickets from the admin side with registered users or via the shared guest user. So you have 2 ways to submit tickets with the free release. Then, if you want to also be able to submit tickets via the frontend, then you need to order the premium release.
