Bad Italian Translation

  • Hi,

    Before the comment box the plugin translate “Speak Your Mind” in “Parla alla tua Mente” in italian that make no sense and it is ridiculous. Use instead “Lascia un Commento” like most of theme does.

    Please change the file:
    wp-content/languages/plugins/genesis-translations-it_IT.po

    and change the following lines:
    #: translate.php:415
    msgid “Speak Your Mind”
    msgstr “Parla alla tua Mente”

    in
    #: translate.php:415
    msgid “Speak Your Mind”
    msgstr “Lascia un Commento”

    bad translations fixed ;).

    FYI, this plugin’s translation is available here. All WP user can suggest new translations, it’s requested only a WP account.

    As Italian WordPress polyglots community we wrote some guidelines, published at it.www.ads-software.com/traduzioni.

    And, in the end, if you like, you can join us on Slack team and contribute to translate many other project.

    Thanks for reply. I tried to do it by myself but I am not so familiar with these tool, so I thought to put the correction here on the forum. I want that in next update the fix is included and I think it will be.

    but I think that the new translation will be fixed earlier than the next plugin update. Actually, that would be available in few hours: check your admin update page ??
