Bad Plugin

  • I cannot believe it , in free version you can not delete tickets!!!
    It works very bad on twentysixteen default wordpress theme.
    When I uninstalled, tables and configurations in wp-config table not remove. I removed tables manually.
    When I uninstalled, the role “Support Agent” not remove, I remove it manually.

    This things get 3 hours from me, Be careful to install this plugin!

    You comment on the wrong plugin. WP Ticket:

    * does not create custom tables
    * does not have custom roles like Support Agent and uses default WP roles
    * does not have any issue deleting tickets since it is a WordPress function not related to this plugin.
