Bad programming, Worse Customer Service

This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. You lose one customer with bad service. I will copy and paste my experience with their annoying Rep which took place over email today 10/27/2017 who kept saying “Hey!” As if I should reply, “No worries, Dude!”, after 3 days and zero value for a $200 plan. I feel violated. Sumo Me came highly recommended. I can’t give them a good recommendation AT ALL. Everything was copied and pasted from my experience with the Sumo Me Representative [redacted] Maybe they had a good product in the past. I will not be doing business with them in the future. Boo!
