• Hi everyone,

I’ve tried everything i was capable of thinking of to get the logo in header in good quality but it doesn’t work: i tried jpeg, png (pdf and svg not supported). I tried to resize the logo at the right proportions (80*80).
Any idea? It’s really annoying to have such a bad quality…

    Thanks in advance,

    Segolene

  • Hi –

What is the resolution of the image? Stretching an insufficient resolution to fit the size is going to make it blurry. It does appear blurry on my view as well. This is an issue with the original file, rather than the theme.

Hi, thank you for your reply !
    The image resolution is 80×80.
But the image itself isn’t blurry when i upload it, that’s why i don’t understand. Even in the media gallery it isn’t blurry, it only is once it’s uploaded in the header…

    Hi there,

    The image resolution is 80×80.

You appear to be using custom CSS to force the logo to display at 100x100px, so you’re stretching the image to display bigger than its actual size. You will always see a loss of quality if you do that.

The only way to avoid it is to make sure the actual image you upload is the same size or bigger than what it will be displayed at on your site. So use an image at least 100px by 100px big, and you should not see this problem any more.
