• I bought the lifetime license of the Order Splitter from Fahad. However, this plugin breaks and slows down our websites. When we switch off this plugin, the site runs normally again. When contacting him, he always has excuses for not helping us. I would say, don’t purchase a license from Fahad; he doesn’t even give us access to older versions of the plugin.

    This support forum has nothing to do with the premium version. And due to HPOS related updates, the plugin is taking time to get stable. Although you are getting support for a long time and expecting like you hired me for lifetime. Plugins are just plugins, you cannot blame your projects deadline on other plugin developers. Ultimately you have to satisfy your client, either by using a plugin or developing one. I can understand your frustrations but still I am not responsible for your project delayed or the deadlines. Posting negative reviews from different accounts won’t work either. I need a little time to iron out the HPOS related updates and this plugin will serve even better in future. Again, this forum is not about posting the premium plugin issues.

    Thank you for your response. As the client, I want to express my frustration with the ongoing issues we’ve experienced with your plugin updates. Our project’s success relies heavily on the functionality of your product, and unfortunately, recent versions have caused significant disruptions to our production site.

    Despite troubleshooting efforts, including deactivating other plugins and themes, we continue to encounter lagging and performance issues directly attributed to your plugin. This is particularly concerning as our site operates smoothly when your plugin is disabled.

    We purchased your plugin with the expectation that it would seamlessly fulfill its intended purpose. However, the persistent issues we’ve encountered contradict this expectation. While we understand that updates can introduce unforeseen challenges, it’s disheartening to experience such fundamental issues with a product we’ve invested in, especially considering we opted for a lifetime license.

    We’re not seeking additional features; we simply want the plugin to function reliably out of the box. It’s frustrating to observe other plugin developers swiftly addressing bugs and issues with their products, while we struggle to receive adequate support for yours.

    Our intent in providing feedback is not to criticise but to highlight the impact these issues have on our business operations.
