Bad service, bad support, several problems

  • Bad service, bad support, 6 days of ticket without any reaction.
    The ultimate version of the plugin has several non -understandable problems. And the support does not react with our tickets.

    Take a step back..
    The ultimate package is an awesome and very comprehensive asset to your marketplace portfolio options.

    On average, about 5 days, is the expected turn-around and service-level support you receive further to your free or paid package.
    Its not ideal, but one need to understand, WCLovers is a small venture with limited resources.

    By the time you took this option you have already done your homework concerning product, price and support with price and features probably winning you over.

    There are other much, much more expensive packages (Some with less functions), for achieving your multivendor marketplace website.
