• When I was asking for help from support, an wordpress admin comes across our conversation and states that the support does not need to help me because I use the free version. The only question I asked is if the owner has the support email so I couuld send him private info instead of posting them on forum. After that, the owner becomes silence. Riddiculous

Sorry you had such a bad experience, but thank you for your open, honest review.

Because you are nicely responded and remember our conversation, I would like to explain my evaluation.

Most of plugins have not only the support email, but a whole plugin website with contact forms, etc., that why I asked for you support email.

In that conversation in the support, because my question was addressed to you, I waited that you would put your word in, just saying that sorry you don’t use a support email, or you do have one. But you suddenly kept silence. Maybe you are scared to talk in the presence of any kind of moderators, or you think free owners are rubbish to talk to, or you have other reasons, I could not understand why.

That’s why my 1 point for the support.

In case you want to sell your products, please remember that free owners are potential buyers, at the same time they make you products popular. Free users are even more valuable that users who has purchased your products. Few people would buy your products at once, without trying it and checking the support, and if you think that they are rubbish, it’s not a great way to do a business, even if you have the best product in the world.

Have a nice day and don’t be afraid of moderators.
