Bad support

  • It took 6 months till the support copied the delivered translation file to the next update! 6 months for a simple copy and paste thing.

    In total, I’m disapointed. An anually paid 300 USD plugin should include premium support and should work out of the box. Instead there are hundreds of bugs and a support team that does not reply to emails.
