I see 2 support requests from you.
One started on Oct 18 2020 which was solved in a timely manner and the problem was caused by another plugin.
The second started on Jan 20, at 4:00 for which one of our team members (Guust) replied on Jan 20, at 7:51 (3h51m minutes later) asking to install the AyeCode connect plugin for us to diagnose the problem.
Our system says that you viewed Guust’s response (Customer viewed on Jan 20 @ 13:07), but never replied or followed up with us.
I’m not sure why you would come here to leave a 1-star review with that title in a similar situation.
In any case, if you reply to the email that you received from us, we’ll gladly provide all the support needed.
