• I have done the translation exactly as explained on the homepage. It does not work and apparently I am not the only one. Many requests remain open and I will claim my money back.

    Hello @lapos

I am sure, you must have missed something from the documentation.
We cannot do the translation part for every user & answer the same question again everytime.
Please read the documentation. Translations are not related to plugin.
    Its part of the wordpress.
Our job is to make the plugin translatable & it is fully translatable.
You can see the translations done by other users here
    https://translate.www.ads-software.com/projects/wp-plugins/side-cart-woocommerce/

If its difficult for you to translate manually, then you may use third party plugins.
However, rating plugin on the basis of translation, I think is unfair.
Still, if you’re unable to do so, leave a here with this support forum link.

Thanks for your answer. It’s not true.
I have translated the template with poedit exactly as it is shown in the documentation and saved it in the following folder.

    /wp-content/languages

I also saved the file exactly as explained in the documentation-

    side-cart-woocommerce-de_CH@informal

Because it didn’t work, that means everything is still in english, I tried loco translate. No success.
the reason for my rating is, because many support requests remain unanswered and this gives me the impression that you are not interested.

We keep answering all legitimate questions.
Translation queries have been answered multiple times in the past.
Loco translate works well too, just read their documentation
It is always the mistake on user’s side.
Still we try to resolve as many queries as possible, but for that you need to at least try asking for the support first.
