• I’ve bought the lifetime deal of this plug-in, because it wasn’t working and I needed support.
    Of course, there’s no problem in paying for support, I’m happy to do that.

    But not when they don’t answer! I’ve first e-mailed them on April 3rd. Then again on the 9th, on the 16th and the last time on the 20th of April.

    This is really bad! I don’t pay for support and then for them to not even respond!
