• Dokan plugin has potential but support is verry bad.You gona and up axplaining with links and login details. They will not even bother to check link.they will tell you “it was already fixed” then you have to axplane you have newest version.Then they ask me login details.its like talking to a wall. this is my overall expirience and just an example. some replays take 3 days without any constructive respond.I cant give you the hole text of conversations, but if i would trust me you would see how bad they treat problems(simple question like location of a file, i have to wait 3 days?) you will read all the times “we are on weekend holydays” online business 2017 at its finest. i regret buying dokan and dont recommend if you like to have good support. Look for other multivendor plugins.Dakan just wait until others keep up with functions and better design and all your customers are gone. thats why i give 2 stars otherwise i would give 1.
