• I was using this plugin for a few months and it was working fine until the update 2.1.14.
    I also authorized them to put my photo with my testimonial about Rublon on their website.

    I couldn’t login into my WordPress dashboard after version 2.1.14 update.

    I contacted support and they said the only thing that changed was the timeout time was increased. Well, I’ve never had issues with timeout and therefore this update shouldn’t make any difference for me. But it did. It simply stopped working.

    Nothing was changed on my side and in fact, all previous versions of Rublon still works for me.

    I decided to look for another plugin that does two-factor authentication. I found one and it works great. The authentication process is much faster.

    I politely asked Rublon to remove my photo and my statement from their website since it is no longer true that I’m happy with Rublon and that I use this plugin.

    The first time I asked was 7 days ago. I got a reply the same day saying they would remove it the next day. It wasn’t removed.
    Two days later (5 days ago), I politely asked again to remove it. Well, if I’m here giving a bad review, then you know it wasn’t removed.

    I’m not the type of person that gives review. Neither good or bad.
    However, in this case, I see my photo and a statement on their website, which I no longer approve. That’s illegal!

    Hopefully, this will get their attention, otherwise an attorney will come to play.

    Unfortunately your server configuration does not allow Rublon to work properly. We tried to work with you in order to find a solution, but that didn’t work. It looks like your server is blocking connections to Rublon.

    Your photo and name have been removed from our website.

    This rating is not justified.

    Now Rublon is saying that the problem is on my server. That is absurd, since previous versions of 2.1.14 still work and I can ping Rublon server from my server. This was a test already asked by Rublon in the past, and I confirmed the connection is fine.

    Secondly, they are saying the just removed my photo and name, and are asking me to remove my review.

    They did remove my photo, but I still see my first name and testimonial.
    My review is valid and true. I’m not removing it until Rublon completely removes my name and statement.

    Rublon took 2 days to add my photo, full name and statement because it is for their best interest. Now, it is been 7 days and there is a lot of resistance to remove it.

    Okay, Rublon finally removed my photo, name and statement from their website.
    I’m changing the review from 1 star to 3 stars.
