    After my message here of yesterday Jan. 18 2022, the developer contacted me and fixed the problem.

    Reallyu appreciated, because was an issue for all the users, not just me.

    For future reference, I suggest to write here any kind of problems and not via help desk in the plugin’s website.

    Be aware if you want to use this plugin. The search do not works with data like Last name if containing ” ‘ “. Example: O’Reilly or D’Ambroise.

    The “fun” thing is the WP search function works perfeclty with ” ‘ ” but not this plugin.

    The answer for the assistance:

    “We currently don’t have an update for the issue at this moment. We’ll be sure to let you know once we have additional information regarding this.”

    Are you serious? This is the assistance you offer for this big Issue?

    We do not recommend writing negative reviews in order to expedite support. As others can see from our reviews and testimonials on our site, support is something we do well and pride ourselves on.

    The proble is when you contact the supoprt of the plugin via official website where you bought it and help desk writes you they do not have any idea when the “incovenience” will be solved…

    we are in a big trouble with our customer!
