    Hello,

    has some also so bad experience with the fluent forms support ? They dont answer since weeks. Until now i have no solution.

    Really sorry to hear this, but we could not find any ticket using your user name. I think for some reason maybe your ticket was not published otherwise our support engineer replies to all tickets as soon as possible. If you can share your ticket ID I can help you with your issue.

    Hello Alex,

    i dont know wich Ticket System you checking but the Ticket is Open and hast the Number 42478 ! also my previous Ticket was not really resolved or some one take a responsibility.

    We are not seeing any ‘wingdu’ on our support system.

    The ticket number you mentioned is of another user. And that ticket is being handled as we speak.

    You asked for a feature that is not available in our plugin and our developers explained exactly why that in the support ticket and then you have opened this support ticket here.

    So your original query was: “I need access to the generated pdf trough the API.”

    This was our developer’s response:

    “The frontend PDF download module currently works only for logged-in users. It was released that way.
    We have a plan to support the logged-out users in the future.”

    I am not sure, which part is the bad support or no support.

    I am closing this ticket as this is not a real question in this thread.
