Bad Tech Support

  • Minimaze highly promotes a plugin, Page Builder by SiteOrigin (ThinkUpThemes compatible). On their advice, I began using it. It turns out this is not the ORIGINAL Page Builder program but a copy by ThinkUp Themes or one of their affiliates. It is now experiencing problems and it appears they don’t offer tech support and neither does the author of the program. If you disable the plugin ALL content on your site is erased. Minamaze tells me it’s not their problem.

    I’m faced with rebuilding my entire 86 page website from scratch thanks to ThinkUp Themes.

    Anybody have a theme they can recommend?
