Bad theme- very disappointing

In spite of using the latest version, I faced many glitches. My website is still not up and running because of many basic issues in Onetone. For example, currently the problem I am facing is contact form is not working. Nothing happens when I click on post button in my website even though I am using a valid email Id and default code provided in onetone.
Also, I have not got any help through onetone support forums for any of the issues I have posted so far. Overall I am very disappointed and feel that this theme is not worth the time spent in making basic things work.
