• The problem persists. Many of Spectra’s blocks give an error “The block encountered an error and cannot be viewed” and are unusable.
The previous UAG was great, why break such a good product. I’m sorry. If it doesn’t get better in a few days, I’ll have to change the plugin, which will create a lot of work for me.

    Hello @vania2008

My sincere apologies for all the trouble.

    1. Could you please clear the cache and reload the editor page? This should most likely fix the problem you are facing. Here is a video that shows how you can do it: https://share.bsf.io/2NumNvZ2.

    2. If the above does not help, could you roll back to the previous version until we identify issues and release fixes? Spectra offers a one-click, roll-back functionality as explained here: https://wpspectra.com/docs/rollback-spectra-version/

    3. If you could reach out to our support team from our website; and help us look at issues closely, we would be very happy to help.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Thanks, with the new update it didn’t work again, I rolled back to version 1.25.6 and it seems fine so far.

I will wait for you to remove the bug from the new versions and then I will update.

    Hello,

Yes, everything seems to be fine with the latest version as well.

    Thanks!

Successful work. Glad to stick with my favorite plugin.

Thank you @vania2008 for confirming. Such a relief to me personally to know things are fixed.

Again, I would like to apologize for the frustration the 2.0 update caused.

Our team worked hard, tried its best to make it a smooth transition from prior versions to 2.0, and ran an extensive public beta testing program for several weeks. However, it seems we could not test all these possibilities. We’re so sorry for the trouble.
