Bad Value order_lines total_tax_amount in Checkout with mixed Tax
-
Hey There,
We are facing some trouble with the following setup and situation;
- Klarna Payments for WooCommerce is active
- AND Germanized is active
- AND cart has 2 or more Items with different Tax rates
- AND shipping costs are billed
In that Case, the Checkout shows the error message: “Bad value: order_lines[2].total_tax_amount“ and the customer Can’t complete the order, even without Klarna.
If you remove one of the four bullet points, there won’t be an error message.
According to German tax law, the taxation of shipping costs must be calculated proportionally to the tax rates of the products in the cart. This (and much more) makes Germanized why this plugin is mandatory for us. We do not want to block our customers from ordering, books (7% Tax) together with toys (19% Tax), and we can’t offer free shipping.
I saw you mention to related errors, that you suggest setting the number of Decimals to “2” which was set at our WooCommerce-Settings already.
We are happy with Klarna so Far, but the only solution that we found so far, is to switch to another payment provider. We would like to avoid that.
Do you have any idea or Programming-Workaround how we can fix this by keeping all four bullet points?
Thanks and best regards
Thomas
