• Hello,

I was trying to use some international characters in the description field, they appear later on the Paypal donation page, but these characters come in wrong encoding. I can not set ?üáé and other hungarian characters.

    Cheers:

    Geza

Hi, I can see from the image that you are talking about the widget. I carried out a test in my dev site. I added the above word/characters ?üáé twice. Then I pretended to make a donation and I could see the characters correctly. Or did I not not test this feature correctly?

I am wondering if there is a conflict with your theme or perhaps a plugin?

    Regards

Well, please explain me, what do you think. As I see, the character encoding issue comes up on the Paypal side, and it has nothing to do with the CSS or site encoding we are using on the home page, hasn’t it? Even the widget can present all characters well on the home page, the Title and the Text fields defined in the widget appear without problems. See it live here: https://gorogtemplom.hu/. I tried to define the “Purpose” field on the plugin settings as default, but received the same issue.

Hi, try the following documentation. Let me know if this helps you.

Also what browser are you using?

    Kind regards
