baddest support ever

the plugin has no hint at all how to install, it took me weeks to find out that it sets up a custom shipping class which you have to attach to your shipping zone.

the whole process of creating a label is just hillarious.
i tooks 10 mouseclicks to finally get an result – please provide automatic email sending with pdf attachements. i do not want to download zip files.

if anything goes wrong on some order you cannot delete it from the plugin orders.
this is a mess – please clean it up!
