Badge is not earned after course completion (LearnDash)

I have created a badge,
I have set “Earned by:” as Completed Steps, and in the Required Steps section I have set only one step: Require “LearnDash Activity, Completed Couse, ABC Banking (the course), 1 time.That course is completed by me – as a user,
but I can’t see the badge or points in my BadgeOS Earned User Achievements widget.What do I do wrong?
