badge is not loading/showing on the shop page

  • Hello, thank you for the YITH WooCommerce Badge Management plugin. It works great on the product page. The badge is not loading/showing on the shop page. I haven’t any recent queries regarding this. Do you have any ideas or details?

    Me too I have the same problem. Badges are not displayed. No on the homepage nor shop page.

    Hello there,

    I hope you’re doing well ??

    Maybe the problem is a conflict with other plugin or your theme.

    I suggest you to try the following:

    Try to deactivate all plugins leaving only WooCommerce and YITH WooCommerce Badge Management and see if you can see the badges on shop page. If you cannot see it, try to switch to different theme like TwentySixteen.

    I made a test on my local installation and seems to work fine. See the following image
