Badge not triggered from Quiz Success

    My site was working fine, but just today badges that were earned by passing a LearnDash quiz are no longer being awarded. Also my lists of user earned badges are not displaying correctly. Has there been an update? Any suggestions to resolve?

    Thanks, I have done a full site restore to a clean backup taken two days ago and that seems to have fixed it.
