    Hi Everyone,

    I’m configing my site, I added the SiteLock verification in the site, but the badge that appears in the main page is a little big, and is cutted at the end of the page.

    Also in the mobile version the badged is not responsive and appears in front of the store itens.

    Is it possible to fix this? How?

    Thanks

    @licornestore,

    The “floating” version of the badge isn’t going to produce great results on mobile. The best resolution here would be to use the static badge in the mobile website, and the floating badge that you currently have deployed on the desktop site only. What mechanism are you using to generate the mobile-friendly version of the website?

    Hi Logan,

    Thats was my idea too, we tried some CSS code and looks nice now, have a look.

    Thanks for your attention.

    @licornestore,

    Glad to hear this was resolved. Both the static badge on mobile as well as the floating badge on desktop appear to be working very nicely on my devices. Thanks for reaching out, feel free to let us know if anything else comes up.

    Marking thread as resolved.

    Thank you so much.

    I don’t know if you can help with this, but I’m tryind to verify my account on SiteLock (in special the address and phone verification) but I didn’t receive anything from them, I don’t if I’m adding my phone wrong, or if the site demands some time (days) to verify the itens.

    Thanks!

    @licornestore,

    It was a pleasure speaking to you on the phone today and completing the verification process. Please don’t hesitate to reach back out if you require any further assistance.

    Hi Logan,

    Thank you! Everything is okay now.

    Just one more question, I was checking my dashboard and my Risk Score was red (=/), I try to understand the risks and almost all the red points was related to the wordpress, woocommerce and the plugins, How do I improve this? Is it possible?

    This risk affects my SiteLock score/validation/security?

    Thank you again.

    @licornstore,

    The Risk Score module evaluates several hundred points of data regarding the complexity, composition, and popularity of your website and delivers an estimated risk based on these factors through the lens of an adversary. Items that would make you a more likely target (increased risk) include factors such as using outdated software, accepting credit cards on the website, or being immensely popular. Items that would decrease your risk score include the use of a web application firewall, keeping patches up to date, and minimizing the number of plugins/themes. These are just a few examples, among hundreds of other factors. I am unable to discuss account-specific information on this forum, but within the Risk Score section of your dashboard you can view some of the major factors used in calculating this score, as well as recommendations for minimizing risk.
