BadgeOS Learndash Automatically Deactivates

    Hi – I’m having an issue where BadgeOS Learndash plugin automatically deactivates occasionally and I’m not sure why. Every time this happens learners lesson or course completion isn’t recorded in their learning track. When a learner realizes this, I am able to manually award them the step then re-activate the plugin. But for those learners who do not realize the issue there progress isn’t being properly recorded.

    I found that there’s a file named wp_autoupdate.php with a method called ’invalid_current_license’. If comment out the line called ‘deactivate_plugins‘ then this issue does not occur. But why is this happening in the first place? Is there a better way to ensure the plugin doesn’t deactivate on it’s own?

    Not sure what’s going on there, and it looks like that file is actually from the LearnDash core plugin, not one our LearnDash extension for BadgeOS. Going to be best to see if they have any thoughts or experiences with the issue.
