BadgeOS Reports take a long time to load

    Bit of a known issue at the moment, especially if you have a really large website and a LOT of users. Lots of complex queries going on behind the scenes and we haven’t managed to find a successful way to optimize while not removing data types included. Wish I had a better answer than that.

    OK. It’s been an issue for my site since the very beginning. Now we have over 1,100 users and expect that to increase dramatically as we roll out globally this summer. If optimizations can be done for hire please contact me via email.
