Badges not being issued automatically Version 3.7.1.6

  • Badges are not being issued automatically based on learndash activities. Even with the logs confirming the step to trigger the award, it is not issued. @mvarela and others with the same problem.

    Unfortunately this look like a scam. I even bought the priority support to get an answers from them. Nothing.

    Any news @mvarela ? Still same problem for me after upgrading learndash.

    Hi @bertolozzi. Still nothing from BadgeOS. The badges are still not being produced automatically by the LearnDash add-on. All plugins are completely up to date on our system. No response, no answers. Bad customer service to not address this situation…

    Soon we’ll either find something else or develop our own.
