Badges not showing on different languages of site

    The labels don’t want to show up on the spanish en italian translations of the website but it does show on all the other ones. i can’t seem to find out why though. Please help!

    Hi,

    Please tell me- what multilingual plugin you are using for your site.

    Also – do you translate the labels that you want to show in Spanish and Italian languages?

    Hi, the site uses wpml for translation. As you can see they have been translated execept for the the first one that is not important.

    I see. Looks good here. Can you show me a label display rules that you set for those labels that are not visible for you?

    I have found the problem. It seems the labels for the italian and spanish version were not set to active. That fixed the problem. Thanks for the help btw!
