badges & ranks

Kindly note that in order to set the ranks logo and badges logo read both the chapters fully with the sub chapters too.

The problem is I could find below pages to create new rank and badge:

“To create a new rank, go to the Ranks page in your admin area for the point type you want to create a rank for.”

“You can find the badge editor in your wp-admin area.”

I see. It should be shown as submenu at “Points”. Those add-on plugins do not show up under “Points” even though I have added them.

Would it be bugs of the plugin? Could you please update the plugin?
Or do you need see what errors? I can check and provide screenshot.

Please see the screenshots. The Badges and Ranks do not appear at submenu. Kindly fix the bugs.

Kindly note that wcfm in not compatible with myCred can you disable all extra plugins and switch back to the default theme to check if it resolves the problem.

I tried to disable “wcfm”, no difference.

No all extra plugins can be disabled. Is myCred can be the only plugin installed in order to make it works? It’s so ridiculous that any plugin can’t use together with other plugins when they are not conflict in functions at all!

I think you better fix the bugs of your plugin.

The theme only affect the front end designs. Does it affect whether the submenu of a plugin appears at back end? I really doubt.

These errors are not related to our plugin your error codes directly state the name of the plugin which is faulty and causing errors. /wp-content/plugins/adrotate/

I tried to deactivate “adrotate” plugin, however, the submenu of your plugin still can’t show up. So, it’s not the problem of adrotate plugin.

Didn’t you see the errors of your plugin? “mycred-hooks” is obviously related to your plugin.

Can the errors of your plugin be fixed so that the submenu can show up?

Is there a rule that the issues will be identified as a problem only when a specific number of users report a bug/problem? Only one people report is not a problem?

Isn’t the forum for users to share their problems and seek help?

If the problem can’t be solved here, can it be solved by submitting a ticket?

The users are not supposed to be developers. If we are developers, we develop our own plugins to use. We are plugin users to give comments in order to make your plugin user-friendly.

I tried to create a ticket. Can’t be created at all! There’s problem of the ticket system.

As mentioned above, there’s error of your ticket system. Failed to submit ticket but I have already contacted your site via contact form but no reply so far.

By the way, could you please help to post the issue on your ticket system as there’s error when I tried to post it!
