Badly coded + Poor support

    1. Badly coded. It can partly work … but so poorly coded, generating PHP fatal errors (on my site … and as reported by many posts or plugintests dot com), using far more ressources (CPU / RAM) than equivalent plugins, whether it’s about generating, importing or exporting csv or xml from woocommerce products, whether it’s about sitempas, or enriching product data-base.
    2. Poor support. Even during a drama. Asked a question on the 1st of November because this plugin crashed my data-base and site. We are on the 9th. And still no answer.

    And they are chasing for 5* reviews. Are those honest and reliable?
