I would suggest following the below steps:

– Create a new page and put the [woocommerce_cart] shortcode there. You can find the WooCommerce shortcodes here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/
– Now navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > and change cart page to the custom page.

The last method does not work for me. My shopping cart icon, on the other hand, is not clickable it only open a widget when I hover it.

It looks like your header has been built with the Astra theme. You could check with Astra theme support to see if there is an option to add a link to the cart icon: https://wpastra.com/support/

Alternatively, you can try a jQuery/JS based solution:
