Full error: baguetteBox.min.js?ver=1.11.1:7 Uncaught TypeError: Failed to execute ‘removeChild’ on ‘Node’: parameter 1 is not of type ‘Node’.

JS file may simply need to be updated, but have used this plugin for awhile now and have had no issues, but now I receive this error. On WP 6.4.3, using Gallery block w/ media file linked, in a Page. Please see link & devtools for details.

Provided link will be removed within a few days or so, as is a temp dev link

Thank you Johannes, this plugin has been great. Simple!

Just a quick note: With the above issue, if devtools is not open it will show the overlay without an image, and going left/right will load in the next image, and the lightbox works fine from there. So the issue is really with the first image load for some reason.

Another update: appears to simply be for the linked page that the error occurs. Not sure on the cause still.

Site is nearing completion so I had to rework with a manual code fix so this error is no longer present. Hopefully the above information helps in further debugging, but it was a bit anomalous so may have simply been a plugin conflict or similar and may be difficult to determine cause now.

    Hi b2ja,

I can’t reproduce the issue on my test website.
