Bait and switch

  • The free plugin is 101% useless as it does not put multiple items together as a single package. So the rate quote is immense if anymore than one item is ordered. I would have ended up buying the paid plugin eventually. But after spending all the time to set it up and then trying and figure out why the rates are so out of whack with reality I will give someone else my money instead.

    The basic version of the plugin is designed for small vendors. Usually, they have a single item the cart. Since each item in the cart treat as separate packages. However, the premium version of the plugin has multiple options for packing such as box packing or weight based packing, it will help you to pack multiple items into a single package.

    Nobody sells just a single item. The fact is you have made the basic version useless. That said I found the same function of your paid plugin for a fraction of the price. I would personally recommend anyone buy from truemedia as their plugin is a onetime fee of 24$ with great docs and super easy to use.
