  • I had a working solution for google merchant feed. Then I found this plugin. I removed my old solution, replaced with this new plugin which was much better.

    Lots of features.

    In the beginning, reading the banner:
    “Your WooCommerce Product Feed PRO license key will expire in less than 1 week after which some features will be disabled. Please purchase a new license key”

    I was a bit pissed because I was thinking that it was a trial. Instead no, it’s just talking about some extra features.

    There are no other plugins complete as this, for having a google merchant feed. Other plugins give a lot of trobles, this is good.

    We are sorry to hear you feel this way. Especially since you have not contacted us before asking for clarification or a special discount.

    Let me clarify a few things:

    1. The Elite features have always been in beta since the beginning. This was communicated in multiple blog-post and was also mentioned in the plugin itself. Hence, we sort of disagree we are scamming anybody but regret we apparently did not communicate this clearly enough to you.

    2. There are only two options that belong to the Elite version of the plugin (the structured data fix and the adding of extra fields in your store (which you can also easily solve with custom attributes yourselves). The rest of the plugin, including all the configurations you did remain working.

    3. We have spend over a year trying to make the best possible product feed plugin in the market and put a lot of hard work in it. On top of that we offer some of the best support out here (I think the reviews speak for themselves). Just as you would like to earn some money for all the hard work you do, so do we.

    You are of course free to move to another plugin if you feel they serve you better. However, we still feel that the features of our plugin outscore that of our competition. If you are up to it, please reach out to [email protected] to discuss a deal for the Elite version.

    No, not at all. If we would have done that than you were right, than it would be a total scam ??

    It is just two advanced options that will become paid. The core and most important features of the plugin remain free as we still want it to be the best free product feed plugin.

    If you feel the 1-star-review is still appropriate than you should leave it. However, if you don’t please feel free to change the review (score) ??
