BakupGuard – User not recreated problem after a restore

    After a full restore, I cannot access any of my pages.
    From the log file it looks like all the pages have been restored as well as the database, with the exception of ”User not recreated: Désolé, cet identifiant existe déjà?!”.
    What can I do to correct this ?

    Could you, please, make sure to login with the same user you performed the backup with?
    We also see that you sent the restore log there, we will check it and get back to you under that support thread to keep the communication smoother.
