Ban button greyed out

We still don’t have banning ability in place. However, I’m now wondering if I ended up re-adding the grayed out/disabled version unintentionally, as I was trying to get that detail fleshed out a bit more in the 4.3.0 development cycle.

Admittedly no timeframe set, still not sure how I want to try and tackle that topic.
