    Hi @mtiet!

Some themes let you add a special header image to the top of each page or post. Sometimes it might use the post’s featured image (if available), other times it might have a special system of it’s own.

Most event views, however, are best understood as a type of post archive – much like a regular WordPress tag or category archive – and so if the theme only exposes a means of setting the banner image for individual posts that won’t be available to you here and you’d need to do some customization work to achieve your goals.

Does that shed any light at all? If not, or if I’m misunderstanding the problem, could you help out by providing some more details and perhaps even a link to your site that illustrates the situation?

    Thanks!

    Hi there @mongcitrus!

As the forum welcome outlines, it’s generally best to create a fresh topic of your own even if your problem appears to be the same or very similar to that shared by the original poster ??

Please also note that the URL you shared requires HTTP authentication credentials: it looks like perhaps you did provide these but they were redacted (by a forum moderator, possibly) – in which case you’d need to provide access to a site – even if this is just a test site – that doesn’t require any sort of credentials.

Last but not least, please remember that though we can take a quick look at this if the banner does indeed seem to be a theme-specific feature, the best we may be able to do in any case is point you to the theme author for further support.
