Bank details / BACS missing

    Hi, I use this plugin and override all default woocommerce emails, but I’ve got problem on On Hold email because Bank Details/BACS is not show up. I try to use shortcode, I works in normal pages, but not in email customizer. How can I add this bank details to customizer body text?

    It solved now.

    I just deleted email template, copy to file theme, and deleted again. And i tried to click save in BACS settings, in case need to re-update.
