    Hey there, sorry you’re having troubles. Are you trying to add the bank info from the user profile page in the WP Admin?
    And you say it’s not “saved” but do you have any error/success message?

    Hi the MangoPay team!
    I try to add the bank information in the frontend, in the user profile. But the info ar not saved (like they are never be filled). I don’t have any success ou error message.

    Hmm, sounds strange – I can’t reproduce the problem. Are you using the latest version of the plugin?
    I suggest you send an email to our support team ([email protected]) with a screenshot of the “MANGOPAY status” on the plugin settings page and they’ll be able to look into this further.

    Of course I use the lastest version of the plugin.
    All the settings or success in the mangopay plugin.
    Is the support french or english?

    Thank you! I have contact your support team for that problem.

    This issue appears also in the admin panel. I can’t add the bankaccount of a vendor. The error message when I update the user is :” Erreur : données de compte bancaire invalides / Error: invalid bank account data”.

    There can’t be any error in the data of the bank account because I tried with an official IBAN.

    I also have this issue. The bank details will not save either from WP-ADMIN or from the Vendor Dashboard. When trying to add the details from WP-ADMIN I get the Error: Invalid bank account data.

    All my plugins are up to date.

    Thanks for the info Mark_Studholme – could you also send an email to [email protected] letting them know when you tried this, your ClientId and whether it was production or sandbox? Then we check the logs and take a closer look to see if it’s related to selett’s issue (which seems more like a plugin conflict but we’re working on finding a solution ?? )
