Bank Payment Receipt is a required field.

    Hi,

    The idea of this plugin is cool. But whenever I clik “place order” button after selecting some image, I get “Bank Payment Receipt is a required field.” warning and cannot continue to next step.

    Please help

    note:
    I am using plugin called cartflows and I think somehow it affect the checkout process

    Update:
    Cartflows is not the problem.

    I guess the problem is in the upload file.

    Hello,
    I have solved this issue that time. The problem is with user role capabilities. After I add upload file capabilities it works.

    @muhtajin can I know how you add the capabilities? is it for members only? What is public users with direct checkout?

    @keemanxp sorry for late respond. I use plugin called “User Role Editor” to make sure that specific role have upload file capabilities

    HOLA TENGO EL MISMO PROBLEMA, HICE LO QUE INDICAS Y NO SE SOLUCIONA.
    TENGO OTRO PLUGIN PARA SUBIR CAPTURA DE PAGO POR CODIGO QR Y SUBE EL ARCHIVO BIEN, ASI QUE POR DESCARTE TIENES QUE CORREGIR EL PLUGIN, GRACIAS
