    Hi

When the client makes a order with bank transfer the values showned on the checkout page don′t take into account de VAT tax.

But if the payment is with Paypal ou Refa MB the checkout page shows firts the value without VAT tax and then, bellow, the total + VAT.

When this happens, payment with bank transfer, and because the VAT value doesn′t exist the website don′t issue the billing invoice (we are using the plugin https://invoicexpress-woocommerce.com/pt-pt/ from Webdados).

    We need help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @colourinvasion, sorry to hear about the trouble.

I tested this on my site, and I see the tax applied when I pay by bank transfer:

order details showing BACS with tax applied

Next I tested on your site, and I see the price at checkout appears to include the tax, even when bank transfer is selected:

    tax included in price

Can you double check in the order details of a bank transfer order, and see if the tax is shown there, and does it look the same as it does for PayPal?

It’s possible that the invoicing plugin is treating these payment methods differently, maybe it relies on information back from the payment gateway to say the tax is paid. You could test with another manual gateway to confirm.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
