Bank transfer payments not added or visible in Payment History page

Hi,
I have set up ARMember Lite according to available guides and instructions and I only need the Bank Transfer payment option.
When a user register for the plan with Bank transfer, the plan is not added to the user in the Member list (user still has no plan) and no pending payments are added in the Payment History page either, so I cannot accept/confirm any payments.However, when opening the user details of the user from the Member list, I can see the user’s pending payment in the bottom of the page (read only).
So – there is a registration (added to the database) but no way for me to accept the payment.
Also, I can add a plan manually (Admin payment) but there will still be a pending payment in the history for the user, and if the user use the “Renew” button to renew the admin added plan, nothing happens after sending the form what so ever (except for redirect the user to the Thank you page. No emails, no notifications, no renewals, nothing)I thought this might be due to a server issue (or template issue), but I have tried a fresh installation on another web server, with the same results. So this must be a plugin issue.
Would appreciate any suggestions.
