    Hi,
    I have set up ARMember Lite according to available guides and instructions and I only need the Bank Transfer payment option.
    When a user register for the plan with Bank transfer, the plan is not added to the user in the Member list (user still has no plan) and no pending payments are added in the Payment History page either, so I cannot accept/confirm any payments.

    However, when opening the user details of the user from the Member list, I can see the user’s pending payment in the bottom of the page (read only).
    So – there is a registration (added to the database) but no way for me to accept the payment.
    Also, I can add a plan manually (Admin payment) but there will still be a pending payment in the history for the user, and if the user use the “Renew” button to renew the admin added plan, nothing happens after sending the form what so ever (except for redirect the user to the Thank you page. No emails, no notifications, no renewals, nothing)

    I thought this might be due to a server issue (or template issue), but I have tried a fresh installation on another web server, with the same results. So this must be a plugin issue.

    Would appreciate any suggestions.

    Hi Donald,

    i have checked creating same case locally but everything works just fine. so, not actually able to regenerate the issue. Can you give me some more information on how to re-genrate issue??

    Hi,
    According to comments by Envato team, the issue, as you say, does not appear in a locally test setting. But that test is made in ARMember Pro setting, and not the Lite (free) version.
    As I mentioned, I installed a fresh WordPress installation on a completely different web hotel and installed the ARMember Lite (free version), to check if the problem only occurred on the 1:st setup/server. But plans were still not added in the Payment History page or connected to the user in the Member list page.

    I did the following setup:
    1. General settings -> Payment Gateways: Activate the Bank Transfer (I use only the Transaction Id and Account owner fields)
    2. Manage Plans: Create the plan. I have tried all different options but don’t solve the issue. But preferred the Paid Plan (finite) option. Upgrade/downgrade option not activated.
    3. Configure Plans + setup page: Create the plan, check Bank Transfer Payment Gateway option. Everything else is with Default settings.
    4. Create the registration page (with the code for the signup page with the Bank Transfer plan)

    That’s it! Pretty much the basic settings. No other payment Gateways activated.

    Let me know if you would like a link or if you need PHP versions or other information that could lead to any thoughts about what might cause the issue.

    I should also add, neither the renewal function (from the renewal button in the user’s subscription list in front page) or any other membership plan user functions work, so I guess the issue must have to do with some core functions in WordPress or the server/SQL database functions? (If they work in your test setup with the ARMember Lite version)

    Hi Donald,

    Thank you for sharing information.

    I have already solved issue at your site and there was a small bug in plugin so I have solved it too and released version 1.3.

    You can update it to latest version without any issues.
