Bank Transfer Withdrawl Request Approved, But vendor has not received payment

Vendor requested a payout via Bank Transfer 6 Days ago, and I approved it. There has been no withdrawal/transfer from my Stripe account, and vendor has said they have not received a payment.
WCFM error log says:
2022-06-24T17:03:23+00:00 INFO #000004 – payment processing complete via Bank_transfer. Amount: 222.62 USD
2022-06-24T17:03:24+00:00 INFO #000003 – payment processing complete via Bank_transfer. Amount: 220.88 USDWCFM status says “Withdrawal Completed”
Vendor has double and triple checked their bank account info, and it is correct.
