banned user getting through

  • i have a problem with a user that was automatically banned after 10 404, but who keeps coming in nevertheless, trigerring more temporary bans, and then permanent bans. all within a few seconds.

    funny enough, the ip (185.209.23.34) leads to example.com and no ip locator can find out where it’s from. i suppose it’s a cover up.

    this makes me feel kind of vulnerable. please explain what can be done.
