    When I 1st configured my website each page, whether it be “About”, “Services” or any of the other pages, used to have the text that describes the page “About”, “Services” etc etc load in about the middle of the page and then each letter would slide up and then down again creating a kind of wave. When that “wave” was finished underneath the page’s title whether it be “About”, “Services” or any of the other pages the following banner and/or text would appear . . . . .

    A Legal Service That Specializes In Assisting Men.

    Underneath the words that described what page it was whether it be “About”, “Services” or any of the other pages.

    Now matter what I do I can’t get the above banner and/or text to appear underneath the title of each page after it has finished its wave.

    Can someone please guide/help me so that I can restore the above banner and/or text to appear underneath the title of each page after it has finished its wave.

    I need help making it happen for all the web-pages not just the one shown below in the “The page I need help with” section of this post.

    Kind regards

    Dear @jeffjohnson3jjshlgkjkl ,
    As far as I understand, you need to add the following text: “A Legal Service That Specializes In Assisting Men.” as a subheading for each page. (I can see the header wave animation is working just fine). If this is the case, all you need to do is edit the page and add the text as a page excerpt. Click “edit page” from the top admin bar. Inside the page editor, click the settings gear icon on the top right side of the screen and then add the text in the Excerpt field. Here is a screenshot. If you cannot find this field, make sure you have also enabled it (click somewhere on the page content, then click on the three dots in the top right corner and allow the post excerpts via the preferences tab). Here is another screenshot how this should look like. In this way, it will appear below the page title. You would need to do that for every page you create. I hope it helps.

    On the same website I have been unsuccessful in trying to make the call to action button that is revealed here . . .

    https://kslaw.net.au/wp-admin/customize.php?url=https%3A%2F%2Fkslaw.net.au%2F12-2%2F

    Work on the other websites pages. Sometimes when I go to configure the aforementioned page in the top left hand corner (of the c-panel?) it will say I am working on the “About” page – even though I just clicked on a different page to try and configure that to have a call to action button the same as the page with the above link has.

    No matter what I do I cant find a way to place a call to action banner button on every page in the same way as it is shown on the “KSL Law Legal Services” page and sometimes – even though I have clicked on the page to customize it further the C-Panel (I think that’s what it called) will say “you are now customizing “About” – even though I have just clicked on the “KSL Law Legal Services” page.

    In fact even when I click on the “KSL Law Legal Services” page (which displays the call to action banner correctly) – despite how I have clicked on the the “KSL Law Legal Services” page – the C-Panel (I think that’s what it called) will still say “you are now customizing “About” – even though I have just clicked on the “KSL Law Legal Services” page.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

    The call to action button works on the homepage only. For the other pages, you can create call to action using the WordPress Gutenberg editor. I see that your pages are not correctly specified in the menu. First, create your pages from Pages=> add new. Then, go to appearance => menu, create and save your menu, then click the “Primary” checkbox and you should now have created your menu. Seems that your issues are more WordPress related than connected with the Pliska theme.

    I have a couple of problems that I don’t seem to be able to figure out. I’m not sure if they’re WP problems or Pliska issues.

    Number 1
    is; if you navigate to here https://kslaw.net.au/contact-us/ I don’t know how to change the color of the text so it is readable in the comment box – I would also love to be able to remove the comment box altogether, including the “Leave A Comment Test”.

    Number 2 is I don’t know how to remove the entire Leave a Comment section with the writer’s message and other personal {name, email, website, etc etc} details in it completely, if I want to; and I’m not sure that’s where I want that information (if I keep it anyway) anyway.

    Number 3 is if you navigate to here https://kslaw.net.au how can I make the posts/blogs section (you have to scroll down to see it) large enough to encompass the entire post? Right now it only seems to accommodate on a small section of the post.

    The fourth one is sometimes when I initially start at https://kslaw.net.au page it has a mini version of the 2 call to action buttons on the main page positioned across the top of the chessboard image for posts/bogs (you have to scroll down to see it) then sometimes (like within the time it has taken me to write this) it will vanish; how do I remove this effect completely?

    Please note that with number 4 you can sometime navigate to the post settings section “show post categories” and toggle the “Show Post Categories” to remove mini version of the 2 call to action buttons positioned across the top of the chessboard image; but this seems like a very in inefficient way to deal with the problem.

    I have read a mountain of articles but none seem to specifically pinpoint these answers. As such I always I appreciate your time/patience and would be really grateful if someone with more knowledge than me could help me out.

    Regards,

    Jim

    Question one: To change textarea color to something more visible, you can place the following css in appearance => customize => additional css:

    .dark-mode textarea {
      color: #f5f5f5 !important;
    }

    Question two: To remove the comment section from a specific post, go to the text editor for the post you want to edit and from the right side of the screen, on the page tab, locate “Discussion” dropdown and remove the checkbox from “Allow Comments”. Further reading: link

    Question three: no such option is provided because it will break the theme’s styles. The reader will have to click on the post link to read the whole post.

    Question four: I cannot really replicate this issue. If the issue persists, you can start a new thread about it.

    I am closing this thread, since the main question you have asked (about the banner) has already been answered in details and the new questions that you generated are not improving on the topic and not helping future forum readers, but they rather provide more and more noise. If you have more questions, you can always start a new thread, as long as you keep the thread around the same topic. Thank you for the understanding.

    Thanks Atanas for your help – much appreciated. You seem quite knowledgeable with wordpress related problems – well more so than me anyway. I mention this as I posted a new question about my inability to integrate wordrpress with monster insights.

    One of the strange error messages I get whenever I configure monster insight is that it says I do have a Google Analytics account, yet I do and what’s more you get the option of creating one (as I have tried) as a part of configuring Monster Insight.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Kind regards.
