Banner ad is not displaying in header

My website is built using The7 theme. Using “Head, footer and post injections” plugin, I recently have added HTML code to place a banner ad on the header of the website. The banner appeared correctly. I thought of verifying the banner at the footer, so changed the code to the footer section of the plugin settings. After that, whatever I change the HTML code, I am not able to get the banner on the header of the website. When I added code to header and footer, 3 banners are displaying in footer ONLY. Please help me in getting a banner ad to the header section of the website. Thanks.
